Refund policy

At WallStreet Bahamas, customer satisfaction is our primary goal. For that reason, we offer a straightforward Refund Policy:

  1. Customers can request a refund within 24 hours of their purchase. Requests made after this period may not be eligible, as we pa fees and partners to move forward with the processing and development of listed services.
  2. If we’re unable to register your company after receiving your information, we’ll issue a full refund with no questions asked minus refund fee bank may charge!
  3. To initiate a refund, simply contact our support team at support@wallstreetbahamas.com . Remember to provide your full name, order number, the date of purchase, and the reason for the refund request.
  4. If a refund is approved, the refund amount will be credited back to the original payment method within 14 business days ( this depends on your bank ).
  5. Please note, refunds may not be granted for services already delivered in full, violations of our Terms of Service, fraudulent activities, or custom services that cannot be reused or resold.
  6. If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact our support team as soon as possible.
